White Noise

From birth, babies develop their own personal taste for soothing sounds. Parents, Medical professionals, and behavioral researchers all have different theories on the most soothing sounds for newborns; but it is known that common noises help to create calm babies.

Sound of your Voice

Soft talk and familiar voices are found to be extremely comforting for difficult newborns. Speaking in a low comforting voice or soft humming tones will help to soothe babies.

Soft Music

Soft, sweet music helps to calm your newborn as well as helps to block out uncomfortable sounds that can interfere with sleep. Be careful to use pleasant, soothing music that does not overstimulate them with jarring changes in instruments or loud vocals.

Ocean Tides

Natural patterns, including soft rain, ocean tides, and babbling brooks are some of the most common sounds used to soothe newborns due to the repetition of recorded loops.

Rhythmic Motors

Television sets, vacuum cleaners, dishwashers, and other household sounds are traditionally some of the most common methods used by parents for calming their newborns.
